Download the attached Associate Member Application, fill all out the information on the form and ask an Active Full Sworn Member (Not an Associate Member) of FOP Lodge 10 to sponsor you. Once you have a sponsor, you can then remit the yearly dues ($25 for first year, $20/year renewal fee thereafter) with your application to:

Once your application has been received, your name will then be presented at the next memberhship meeting, and will be voted upon by the membership present.
Associate membership may be precluded to any person having a criminal record.
